I Love Challenges:
Welcome. For the next 21 days you will be following the 21 day Fix or 21 Day Fix Extreme. This program is designed to work – fast – with attention to detail. It will also be one of the healthiest 3 weeks of your life to date.
What you need to do – this is not optional and you will thank me later:
1. If not already in my Challenge Group, then request to join – send me an email in my CONTACT section.
2. In the challenge group, you will comment on day 1….WHY are your doing this? Do you want to lose weight? Do you have a fitness event you are training for? Health Issues? Fit into those Jeans from a couple summers… ago ETC….WHY are you doing this?
3. You do not have to post this, but you MUST take “before Pictures”.
4. You must take measurements of your body…in the morning, the same exact time as you will do this more than once. Use this link to take your measurements: http://bit.ly/takinggoodmeasurements
5. Post in the Challenge Group your accomplishments, recipes, things you are happy about, things you are confused about.
6. Have Fun, follow the program, and be a participant, not a watcher….you need to be in the game to succeed.
